Everytime there is no reliable information about the completion date of Mantri Pinnacle. During the site visits, the junior people give always the standard & tutored reply that it will get ready by January 2017. How long to wait & I have serious doubts if all the amenities promised in the brochure will be installed. Already, out of the 2 swimming pools promised, only one pool is going to be there. I really hope that they don't downgrade the stature of the building after all the hype about it being the tallest tower in South India.

The project is already downgraded in terms of finishes/specifications, general quality, amenities, ambiance, etc. Completion/possession is anybody's guess. No commitment, no compensation and total disregard to customer's concerns and problems. Top management is not available for any meeting. Lower staff keeps repeating the same tutored statements to buy time. There seem to be some legal issues as well responsible for this uncertain status.

It is disappointing and disheartening to realize how helpless a consumers are in India.
In spite of having paid up Mantri developers in full, my 4 bedroom apartment on the 38th floor which was to be handed over in March' 14 is not ready.
The most frustrating part however is that none of the owners/residents is bothered to collectively take this compliant forward to the proper authorities.
Unless all the owners collectively join on a common platform, our grievances will never be addressed.

The occupancy certificate has still not come . Every time they say they are going to get it soon but so far no news. How can we register without the occupancy certificate ?
The occupancy certificate still hasn't come and they are asking you to register the property saying that a few families have already moved in. The flat is not ready with a lot of blemishes. The marketing service is atrocious. They are offering a ridiculous amount of about Rs 6600 for a delay of over 4 years ! This is atrocious, one sided, iniquitous The person in charge of marketing does not take the phone calls if you ask her difficult questions. We all should agitate against this.
