I had opted parcel 2 with commitment for closure in march-17.
So far, mantri is due with 17 months of pre-emi and pnbhfl is not owing any responsibility. When i invested in this apartment, only pnbhfl was approved to issue 100% loan. This looks like complete corporate fraud where neither builder nor pnb is taking any responsbility.
Various proposals were discussed including top head snehal mantri but none of commitment is executed.
It was smarter way to take our hard earned money but its time that mantri developer should consider those customers who supported them beyond their capacities. Was this information helpful? |
