We purchased a flat in Mantri Alpyne 2 years back. Since its a big project the progress was slow and we would go and check occassionally. when we contacted the CRM that we need to modify slightly to accomodate pooja room she told that we will be intimated when the right time comes, months passed by and recently when we contacted them, they say its too late now and they cant accomodate our request, we asked how come nobody informed or intimated us, the current marketing team is totally hopeless and they talk to you as if you are asking for donation for charity. their response is cold and totally unprofessional. He says, we should have constantly enquired about it. How in the world do we know when out of 11 blocks and a 1200 flats project, when our term comes and at what stage the project is. coz, we could never go up to our floor till now.
I will be taking this up to top officials and see how they react. All i want is for them to realize the meaning of customer service and true committment. Was this information helpful? |
