Mantri Developers — refund of amount and receipts also not given

a copy of email with all the details addressed to reps of mantri developers is pasted below. The hard copy was also sent by registered post and its receipt was confirmed:

Dear mrs leela podaralla and mr sharat kubusad,

Please recall my interactions with you regarding the refund of my booking amount. As i mentioned earlier, the agreement is not executed and i have immediately intimated my cancellation decision without any delay, nearly one month ago even before getting the receipts for my booking amount.

I am a government employee and was hospitalized last month and suffered huge unexpected medical expenses.in principle, the project energia is suitable for my needs and two of my colleagues have already purchased flats in energia and lithos projects.in fact, based on their referrals only, i had initiated my purchase. But unfortunately i had some unexpected medical emergency recently which increased my financial burden. Also some expected cash in-flow on which my decision to purchase was based, is not possible now and my funds are depleted.
In view of this, i request you to cancel my booking and refund the booking amount of 1 lakh immediately. Since the agreement is not executed yet, please refund the complete amount at the earliest, which is essential in my present situation. I have attached the filled - in cancellation form along with necessary information.

I am sure and positively depend on the mantri group to support me in view of my unexpected financial difficulty and i assure that once i recover and come out of the present crisis, i want to come back again and purchase flat in the energia project. However, i need the booking amount back now.

I am posting the signed hard copy of the cancellation form, along with printouts of our earlier email correspondence, to the energia site office.
