Maples Esm Technologies — Regarding schools unnecessary drama

Our school has got fees of whole 2020.As you know that time is co-vid time and studies of students were going online. Online studies is good but many times school's internet connection got interupted, many times they dont take classes. So you can understand that what is the situation of students studies.
Also my school is failing students who are failed in 3 or more subjects instead of getting Re-Tests. Big reason of getting Re-Test is Co-Vid. In Co-Vid, students doesn't able to study because our school opened only for last 2 months before examination.
Please give me any solution of this or send any notice to my school for this.
