One of the customer representatives has cheated us into buying a premium account promising us on delivering more relevant profiles. Once we purchased the premium account,
he confessed about not having the profiles he promised. We demanded to cancel the premium account and get the refund, on which the representative agreed.
It has been 1 year, the representative hase been avoiding our calls and other people in the company say they cannot do anything about this issue. Marathi Matrimony is a fraud and a cheating company and deserves to be shut down. Was this information helpful? |
