[Resolved]  Marg Compusoft — Worst software and its supports sucks. will drown your business if you use this software.

I have bought this software for my retail business 5-6 month back. since day one its executives and service sucks. my licence is in name of Samaanwala and it is located in faridabad.

I have bought 3 PC licence but still it is running on single PC right now. as its running on single PC i am not able to restrict its transaction for limited user. one of the employee ditched me with 9000 rs because of poor restriction and support from Marg.

Marg people takes weeks of time to reply back to your emails.

i am making loss in thousands each day because of this worst software. when i have asked to refund my money these guys started mailing each other for escalation. and after few weeks i didn't received any response from them. attached mail screenshot. no further response received.

one dealer Mr rajvir from H C compusoft who is handling faridabad agency is worst part of marg. didnt get any support from any of these guys from this agency. i have read many complaints from various users of marg for the same service level issue.

So i am here requesting everyone not to recommend this software to anyone.

this is a fraud company. if you buy this kind of software it will drown your business for sure.
