[Resolved]  Marks And Spencer — Store Manager Mr. Manish Behaviour and Executive Akash

Sir/ Madam, I visited your Chandigarh Elante Mall store Marks and Spencer. I went to try Brassiere in Ladies try room and found executive who handed over the clothes to me was looking at me from another try room. I slapped him to which he confessed and felt sorry.My Husband tried to contact the Store Manager who was not present in the store and have been told over telephonic conversation that he could not come as he is busy. upon my husband requests, store manager reached the store after one hour. I have told the incident to the store manager and manager told us that the boy ran from the store and I cannot do anything till morning. Later on the executive was found from the store and we been told that he was crying in the toilet. My husband asked the store manager to provide the executive details and written apology from him. But we found that the manager and executive are trying to protect each other and told us that they cannot provide us anything in writing. Later on, we called the police and in front of police, the store manger and executive lied and told the police that Akash has not done anything, I slapped him to which he confessed the crime as the customer is like GOD to us. Later, when police slapped the executive employed with your prestigious company, the executive confessed to the crime. My question who will compensate us for the harassment me and my husband suffered and the whole incident ended at 1 am. Should we go to the court for mental torture and harassment.
