I had purchased a top on 28th october, 2018. I wanted to get the same exchanged. The price tag is in tact and i have the bill too (All pics attached). Marks & spencer is refusing to exchange. I need exchange or refund for same. This is unacceptable, cause its lying as it is with proof of bill. They cannot fool customers by changing their policies every now and then.
Awaiting a positive revert please.
