Marq Flipkart — No response from customer care regarding semi automatic washing machine warranty claim

I had purchased a marq washing machine online from Flipkart in Jan 2024. It had a comprehensive warranty of two years. The Washing machine stopped working since feb. And I have called the toll free service of the company twice and I have received no response from them. Everytime I am being told that they are unable to register my warranty claim and will revert back in 24 hours. However, I neither receive a mail nor any calls after that. Request urgent resolution of the issue.
