[Resolved]  Marrow — Account and devices blocked for 4 days

My account and devices are being blocked since 4 days for account verification reason though I have submitted my Id cards.I mailed marrow and next day received a mail that its unblocked.And I still couldn't access the app and they updated my number.And asked me to restart the device and try different log in methods.And even I tried to login with different devices like my phone and tablet.I have tried everything what they have said.And the issue is not yet resolved as well as I don't feel like the queiries or complaints are not taken seriously.And marrow customer care respond to mails very lately.It would be better to provide a whatsapp number for contacting as i am abroad.And please understand i hardly managed to get a subscription worth 47k as I belong to a middle class family.And my profs exams are approaching soon.It's difficult for me to study and prepare with out marrow app.And I am loosing my precious time.
