I had purchased 1 year plan for NEET-PG at 33000 INR in February 2022. In about a month they blocked my account citing KYC verification issue. I have provided them with appropriate documents but they have not contacted me after that (and they said they would be replying within 24 hours). I was new to the subscription and not well versed about how the things go by in Marrow. But it seems they are not ready to accept even a single mistake from customer's side even after paying them a hefty amount. I am expecting atleast some sort of communication from them to allay my doubts. But no transparency. Can this platform help me in reopening my account Was this information helpful? |
