Marrow — Marrow acc suspended, no warning no response yet

I purchased marrow on 15th July Plan C.
A payment of 31, 500 was made by my colleague since I did not had sufficient money and my previous plan was expiring on 16th July. So my colleague made the payment. But he uploaded his documents for verification and the account has my name and contact number. I've emailed to legal marrowmed but they have not responded. Not even a single response. I'm the only user and my time is running out. Please help.
