Marrow blocked me because one of my colleague who is a marrow plan b user took my I’d to see some sample revision video and he completely misguided me that 2 people can use a account and I believed him. Now marrow blocked me. When I contacted them they are intentionally delaying the unblocking despite knowing all the things and also saying that they will restrict to only 1 device use and also they haven’t unblocked me yet!!! I also told them that it will not happen again. Exam is nearer and after duty I manage to keep time for study and it’s already 2 days they blocked my account and not responding since yesterday. I called marrow customer service 4 times since yesterday but got no help. How to express my anger and frustration I don’t know. Please resolve my problem asap. Was this information helpful? |
