[Resolved]  Marrow — My account got blocked

My account has been blocked recently as they are saying that its been used in more than one device or you have not submitted your Id ...but j have submitted that and recently I brought tab so I have been using it in it and its still logged in in my device.
In Both the devices only I have been using the account but they have blocked it.
I recently purchased it for 48000 and how can i afford to buy it again and i have no idea what to do now🥺😭
It's too much for me
Kindly resolve my problem as i am facing so much trouble
I have my exams in few months and i am scared

Email them at legal@marrowmed They unblocked mine after 1 day They just asked me for id coz it was not verified whenever I uploaded it

Even I'm facing similar problem, it's been two days they haven't replied to anyone of the mails... Please let me know how the process goes and I'll follow the same

My account got unblocked just now ...just email them at legal@marrowmed ...I emailed them 4-5 times yesterday and also called them ...and they resolved it in 24 hours
I was aksed for verification id
