I use "Marrow" app on my Android phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro and my Apple iPad Pro. On 6th September 2022, I opened the application on my Android phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro to read some notes. A pop up appeared showing my account was suspended. I immediately appealed to them replying to their email : "[protected]@marrowmed.com" . Their replies were very late and after they asked me to state the reason and intention of me which was totally not needed as I had not done anything intentionally. I replied to them regarding this "reason and intention" multiple times within their 24 hours window, still they did not reply. I mailed them again next day but they have not replied yet. I am stuck with my blocked account due to which I cannot use their services which is I am rightfully inclined to.
