This is the worst courier services I have ever seen. They wont keep the assurance they make for the delivery. My courier got delayed which was planned from Bangalore to Haveri. The picked parcel information was not entered in their website and there is no information in the website for the given tracking id. Also if I contact the office number, they dont respond properly and if you ask for details, instead of giving proper information, they cut the call. The parcel was not weighed and charged for the weight. It was charged much more. Was this information helpful? |
