Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo — Lost parcel no update from last 22 days and still saying talk to the office person whom you handed over the parcel he will settle

I am not aware about this company I handed over the parcel to the nearby courier office in karala owner Name -Anurag mobile number [protected] now he is changing his statement earlier he was saying it will resolved in 15 days now he is saying it will take 45 days more to settle claim.It’s been 22 days already also maruti air customer care person is saying that i have to talk to courier person to whom i had given the parcel.There is no transparency who will settle the claim for my lost parcel.
