What kind of company is this.
There is no update on the parcel. It was booked on 16th Aug from Ludhiana to Bangalore. After 17th I can't see any updates on website I am unable to track.

I am trying contact number of Delhi, Bangalore Ludhiana no one is answering the calls.
Such a pathetic services. It is an urgent courier which was sent for Rakhi occasion and have sentiments. There is no point of receiving it after the day is over.
I would definitely like to escalate this and will make sure you guyz understand how to run a company
