Maruti Air Couriers & Cargo — Parcel[protected] is not delivering to customer since last 3 days

I have booked a Parcel on 22/09/21 and Reached at Bangalore on 23/09/21 and shown Status as Out For Delivery on 24/09/21 12:38PM.. Since then the status is same and last two days no update and communication on delay. The contact numbers on the bill either switched off or no response. Trying a lot for Customer Care Number and there is no use. Then what is the use of this service when it cannot be delivered on time??? If not able to deliver on time, then shut down the company on immediate basis to avoid this kind of problems to customers.I never see this kind of service from any of courrier service providers in India.

As the delivery got delayed and theere is no proper communication about the delay then why can't I claim for the compensation?
