Maruti Countrywide Auto Financial Services — NOC not issued for my car AP 28 AT 5225

I purchased my car AP 28 AT 5225 in the year 2006 (date of registration 06.12.20066 to 05.12.20261)
around 15 years ago. I got it financed from maruti countrywide auto financial services pvt. Ltd as its help desk was not available/ reachable at dealers place. I cleared all loan amount in short time with in a period of three years by 2009. but did not receive noc. Now i need to apply for renewal of my vehicles RC, but
since i dont have noc, i am facing problem. Please help.
