Maruti Driving School — Delay in providing me with Driving final practical test date

This is to inform that I have applied for license for Light Motor Vehicle (4 wheeler) for the first time through Maruti Driving School, Kolkata. Address: 356, Canal Street, Sreebhumi, Lake Town, Kolkata, West Bengal 700048.

After completing the one month period of Learner license, I have submitted my Learner license in the office and asked them to give my final driving test location in Kasba Kolkata, and was told that I will receive an OTP from Kasba centre and will be given the date for the test by them.

It has been almost 1.5 months from my submitting the Learners License in the office, but I have not received any OTP from them yet. I have called the office multiple times and they are harassing me with all kinds of excuses, like ( RTO office is doing the delay, it will be done in 2 to 3 days), but 1.5 months have passed and nothing has happened.

I have been extremely polite to them, but there is a limit to everything. They are testing my patience and I am compelled to write this to you.
It is not my job to follow up with them.

I will never ever pay the fee again for the license for their callousness.
