I was working for Mastec Quadgen wireless LLp in Bangalore from 2nd August to 20th January, So, i was not even completed the 6 months of job there. It was a torture job actually, in the name of learning there was nothing just sending email and replying email that is it.
I left the organisation after sending an email to Manager and HR, since i was in probation
Cut to One and half years later, i found that they put the wrong exit date in my EPF and i was switching my job from one of the organisation i am working now, i ask them to change it and to get my releiving letter they asked me 1lakh and 14 k for FNF settlement and i payed them and after that also they are not changing the date of exit.
I really want to take some action against the company and also why these HR behave like having some personal grudge from an ex-employee. It is ridiculous to even talk to them. Was this information helpful? |
