Master Card — Fake call from mastercard

I recieved call from mr. Vishal bedi +[protected]. He is saying that he from master card service provider and i am a lucky coustmer of hdfc credit card. And start telling me the offers include polo kit holiday vochure some madical voucher for free check up and one policy and he said that for this offer i have to give rs 8200. For the time being i said yes but when i recieved verification call after two minutes i refuse to take the offer. On next day i againg recieved the call from mr vishal bedi and now he is saying that if i cancel that offer than i have to pay the cancellation chargers that is 3800. They are making fool o[censored]s. And today i recievd call from mr raj [protected]. He said he is from cancellation team for that so cold offer and forcing me to say that i want cancel that offer so that they can deduct my money. I dnt know who they are if they are from master card service privider than i must say i will take it into the consumer court.
