Match Point — Cheating by the Marriage Beauro

This is in regards to complain against the fraud service of marriage portal named match point Mobile No. [protected].
They are cheating people by showing them fake profiles & duping money from them. There are lots of complaints against them on consumer forums. Pls. Refer below sits

I am Surya Prakasa Rao & had a similar experience & this is what happened with me.
They sent a WhatsApp message of one profile for my daughter mentioning that the person working at Hyderabad and parents staying at Visakhapatnam. Having one sister - married in last year presently staying in USA. Every half an hour one person called as Soundrya and informing that the other party very much interested to see your daughter and to confirm the match, they had remitted registration fees of Rs.5000.00 to us we are due to provide your contact details to them, hence immediately please pay an amount of Rs.5000.00 to take further action at our end. Until unless we receive the amount our system not accepting to open the contact details.
After paying the amount they are not answering my calls and not responding my WhatsApp messages.
Afterwards they told they will provide me other 50 profiles monthly.
However, even after multiple follow ups they did not provide me any other profiles or Soundarya also never answered back.
Then they not answering my calls, ignoring me or giving some reasons.

They have cheated many people like this & i think it is high time that any strong action must be taken against them.
These fraudsters should be caught & legal action taken to stop many other people being cheated like this.
