I had installed matchpoint company's GPS in my car Mahindra TUV 300 with the registration number UP 32 KX 6757 which is not working since last 6 months. In this regard, I tried to contact matchpoint several times on their customer care numbers ([protected] / [protected] / [protected]) but none of their numbers are getting contacted. After this sent a message on his WhatsApp number too many times but there was no reply. Then I contacted them several times through e-mail at [protected]@mpgps.help, on which for the last 3 months they give the same clichéd answer and after that do nothing. Their reply is "Your Tracker sim was canceled due to non KYC, we arranged a service call and replaced the tracker. We have escalated this issue to our back-end team to arrange for a Service Visit by our Technician. You have to pay for these service charges". After this those people do not help even though I have bought a subscription for 5 years from them, out of which 6 months have passed like this.
