[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — bill is not proper, raised the complaint a week back and still card was charged without my authorization for wrong bill amount.

this is in ref to the sim i took for 21 days for my trip to usa. the no is [protected]. i raised a complaint of wrong bill a week back and spoke to custom rare and they said yes the bill is wrong and will correct it. nothing came up inspire of sending mails and speaking to them. today i was charged for the wrong bill by mode of card payment.the card was taken only as verification purpose and was not supposed to be charged. there is no authorization given by me for the card to be charged. neither i signed any other letter.
pl reverse the amount and send the correct bill.
