I had taken two travel Sims for Russia - one for voice and one for data, however they have charged voice on my data and doubled the bill. I have asked them to clarify the bill before charging on my account but they went ahead and charged my credit card inspite of my request to hold on. The bill should only be for data as the calling was made through the voice sim, but they are not correcting neither are they willing to acknowledge or respond. Due to this, I am forcefully charged double for the SIM.
