More than a week since my complaint. Matrix has not responded to it. In fact they have gone ahead and deducted the bill amount from my credit card (they take pre-authorisation on the credit card before they give you the sim). Thoroughly disgusted with the fraud!!

Please be informed that we investigated the issue regarding your Matrix connection [protected] and found that there are data usages reflecting in the bill and hence the bill has been generated for INR 2957.00. However, we are checking the issue regarding the non functionality of the services been reported from your end to our concerned executive, please bear with us.

We have refunded an amount of INR 716.85 on your credit card dated 15th July 2016 against the rental charged to you for your connection [protected]. Please be assured the same shall be reflecting in your credit card statement within next 4-5 working days.
