Dear sir / madam,
My name Rasikbhai Shiroya account holder of bank of baroda ... and having health insurance policy from tie up maxbupa health insurance company policy number [protected], certificate Number [protected], we have received claim Id & number is 550384.
There is a claim of covid followed all process, submitted all documents but now from 3 month... there is no update . Taking follow up from 3 months help in this case and escalate to higher levels. Continuously i am taking follow up with max bupa managers & mail to them & there is no responce and in customer care call was keep on hold around 30 min to 1 hour and still there is no proper responce. Seriously today in this situation we are suffering badly, we do not have money for foods & vegitables because of max bupa company. So in this case we are helpless and we dont know where to complain. So request you to kindly take strick action on max bupa health insurance company and mangers those who are handling bank of baroda customers.
