This is regarding my MAX order #[protected] in which I have raised return for 3 items. It has been more than a month but the items have not been picked up. I have reached out to max customer care through phone and email but I havent received any response. I have been a long time member of this group and have done lot of purchases and really disappointed with this poor customer service. This is definitely not expected from a brand link LandMark group and needs to be addressed immediately for customer retention especially when there are many other competitors available today online with better deals.
