Max Fashion — Didn't get my refund

I oredered a sweatshirt.. Then I returned it because of the size... But till now i didn't get my refund of rupees 800 . I have already contacted max fashion customer care 4 or 5 times.. They keep on saying.. that it will reflect within 24 hrs..but no response...
