Received a defective product having cut into it. After returning came back to me without my knowledge and any notification. And 2nd time the product came with that cut plus having some burn patches into it. Very bad experience with Max, very disappointed with the customer support service as they are not ready to except their mistake. Simply blaming me that I have put that cut.
Can send you the image of the product. Please help us in resolving this issue and I want my money back.
