I made a purchase at Max fashions at Ardee Mall, Gurgaon and paid using my bank's app (Kotak Mahindra Bank) directly. It was successful at my end however they said it failed at their end. The guy at the counter told me to make payment using a card and I used my debit card to make this payment and it was successful. This guy gave his no. and asked me to contact him if the failed transaction payment is not transferred back in 24 hours.
After a week of chasing behind the issue, this person confirmed that they have the amount credited and will return in 5 days. It's almost a week the money is yet not received back in my account.
