I've been complaining them from a month now. I've been requesting return from 1st June, 2021. The first time it was canceled after 10-15days. Later I mailed them, then a pickup was supposed to happen till 21st. But Bluedart agent picked it up on 16th June. I was technically supposed to get an email.or msg with #AWB or tracking number as every company sends. They did not. They chose bluedart as my return courier company, I did not. When the bluedart agent picked my package( 2 lower/pajama's - Rs.499 each) I did not receive any confirmation msg. Now Max saying they haven't received any return. I had to call the courier people to confirm if they returned it, the customer service was supposed to do it. I am asking for the return AWB number, as the courier guys saying check the #AWB, you'll have your proof. Funny, I don't have it. Max is stuck on the return confirmation message, I told them I don't have it, bluedart did not send me one. But the AWB is my proof which they not sending me. They have the worst customer service, who do not understand that I was just asking for #AWB. And when I talked to a customer representative he said they have it. Then why not send that to me or check that instead. They just fooling customers. Was this information helpful? |
