I have placed a denim on 17th July, 2020 which is oversized. Hence I have placed a return request. But there was no initiative from the courier services. I called n number of times, asking the executives to place a return request from their side. But there was no help. One of the executives suggested me to hand over the parcel to a nearest Max Fashion showroom but they denied stating, they cannot accept the product as it was placed online. Its ridiculous and irresponsible of Max Fashion that they aren’t doing the needful. Was this information helpful? |
