[Resolved]  Max Hospital — I am complaining about negligence of Radiologist in Max Panchsheel branch Delhi

My mother had a fibroid in uterus for which we went to Max Panchsheel to see Dr Usha M Kumar to get the surgery date. We received prescription from doctor, went for all the blood tests, USG, PAC, xray etc required before hospitalization and surgery. In whole abdomen USG report of 16 Jan 2021(attached) there were stones present in gall bladder which was not reported in summary report. Later after hysterectomy on 20 Jan 2021, my mother got unbearable pain in stomach and admitted to hospital again on 26 Jan 2021 where again she went for whole abdomen USG, where stones in gall bladder was detected and my mother has to go under second consecutive surgery on 29 Jan 2021 for gall bladder removal.
If this stone was detected earlier in 16 Jan USG, we would have consulted to doctor and second surgery would not be required.
This carelessness from your hospital staff has lead us to mental and financial torture. Also patient has to suffer too much pressure, pain for going through another surgery. Furthermore, we wont be able to trust Max Hospital services. How will you ensure that this wont be repeated again and what about all the torture, sufferings we had gone through.
