Max Hospital Patparganj — Overcharging the amount of a test | |||||
Sir/Madam I got my mother examined in max hospital patparganj on 29th september 2016. I am a dgehs card holder. They conducted a test by the name of Chikungunya PCR for which they charged me rs. 1500. when i sent my file to the deptt. for the reimbursement, they reimbursed rs. 600 only as the rate of this rate for dgehs card holder is rs. 600. when i complained to the hospital about overcharging the amount for the test, they said that the amount of this test is not listed in our rate list for dgehs that is why we have charged the full amount. but i said that you had to charge that amount which is offered to dgehs but they didnt listen to me and all my efforts went in vain. They overcharged me. I am attaching a copy of the bill with my grievance. I would request you to look into this matter and redress my grievance. I expect a prompt solution to my problem.
