Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh Delhi — staff shortage and staff without experience

I am patient from last two years but from last 3 to 4 months. The hospital has becom only a money vending they have not any experienced staff nurse for only cannula fixture for patient for the service they charge arround 6000 rs i had to came at hospital for my fathers ascetic tapping. Every week but every time they i have to wait for 3 to 4 hrs because they have no experienced staff to prick cannula. I suggest there should be the good services at gov hospital than such money vending machines called private hospatals max super speciallity shalimar bagh.
