Max Hospital , Vaishali — Negligence of duty during Vascular Surgery

This is to state that there was negligence of duty happened during the vascular surgery result of which my father passed away last week. The incident was took place at Max Hospital, Vaishali under the vascular surgery department. The surgery took place at[protected]Thursday) and surgery was EVAR and due to doctor's negligence my father had undergone for another surgery for the same problem in another hospital. Now he is no more with us today. I request the concern department to take action against hospital and doctor and suspend his practitioner certificate so that he would not put another people's life in danger.
