[Resolved] Maxbhi.com — refund not credit even after 16 days of payment

I bought one product on maxbhi.com on 3rd dec 2019... But i don't know why my order got cancelled immediately after making payment and got one message from maxbhi.com
(Dear sanjeev kumar, refund for your order 1530951 at maxbhi.com has been processed. If paid via credit, debit card or net banking, may take 7-10 working days)

But still m waiting for my refunds it's all about 17 days kindly help me this website is totally fraud!
