Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — I want to cancel my order because I don't need now due very late shipping process and it is in till progress

Mistakly I broke my friend new phone and I order from this site in rupee 1609 but the screen is in working conditions so I want to cancel order and want to refund my money but their customer support is not take any request and after loading request there shows error due to corona pandemic and not help me any kind for that. So please help me how I can take my money back.
