First of all i am really very sorry and apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you regarding your order with Maxbhi.com. As i can check your Order #1505717 with maxbhi.com. We do not have refund policy for delivered order but as you are facing problem with the product you can process for replacement.

Detailed instructions for making replacement requests:
1. Copy this link and open it in your browser: https://www.maxbhi.com/index.php?dispatch=orders.details&order_id=1505717
3. Now below every product name you will see a link "Replace item". Click this link for the item you want to make the request. This will open a replacement request form. (please note: you will not see this link if your product is not in warranty period anymore)
4. Just select the quantity you want to replace, select the reason of the replacement request, upload some images supporting your problem (at-least 1, max 5) and describe your problem in the comments box.
That's it, just press the "Submit" button and our support team will process your request & get back to you.

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Please check the image is attached in order image gallery of the dispatched product. This image was captured, when your product was ready for shipment.
Warranty does not cover any physical damages. As clearly mentioned in our warranty terms and conditions, in case of any in validation of warranty we will not be able to process the replacement or repairs.
