[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — phone touch digitizer

I order obi foxs453 touch digitizer at 12 sept 2018. My order id is #1268678. The amount of my order is rs719. I made payment through internet banking. After one day the order got cancelled. So i request to refund my money to bank account and i wait more than 15 days. Till now the money is not get refunded. So kindly examine my complaint and please solve my problem.
