[Resolved] Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom — received defective product

I ordered the product on 7th october of samsung corby display, today on 12th i received the order, but they had sent me the defective piece
Order number : 1344383
I put on replacement, but they declined saying that warranty seal is broken, but none of the thing is broken, it is there as it is and the customer care people also argueing saying that you had remove the warrenty seal, im putting the image of the product also.

Updated by Abhishek Samuel Wankhede The product I ordered for Samsung corby 3653, customer care people saying that there should be a white tape on the screen in the down side, but when i received it was a black tape, now they are declined saying that it should be white tape, no white tape means warrenty seal broken, I dont know what to do, i didnt remove any seal, can you please help me in this.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

But we would not be able to replace the product as it is not in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you.

The warranty seals has been removed from the product
The protection film / clear film has been removed or tampered with.
The gumming has been removed / used.
