[Resolved]  Maxx Mobile — Phone not working properly

I have bought a phone called MaxxAX3 recently on 30.9.14. But within 10days after i got its delivery, the phone has suddenly not working properly, rather i am facing problem while making calls and its not a network problem as the sim card is working properly in other phones. We even contacted the service center but they are claiming that i ll have to summit the phone there but they cant assure us when i ll get it back.Now in this situation what should i do further.
