[Resolved]  Mayra Pg — PG owner unethical behaviour

The owner of the PG, Ajju Pandat made false claims before taking money and does not pick up calls whenever contacted for any issue. He has displayed unethical behaviour and provided no services after receiving money from us. We were forced to pay the complete rent of our entire stay duration to him.
Some of his claims include installing a TV, proper bathrooms, AC, geyser. Ajju had promised to finish the construction of bathrooms on 10th April but the work has not even started.
He did not pay the electricity bill so the electricity got disconnected for the entire night and he did not pick up the call of any of the resident. He has physically and verbally assaulted the workers of the PG.
His behaviour with the female tenants of the PG is absolutely disgusting and we do not feel safe staying here. He does not knock and opens the doors of rooms at any time of the day. He visited the PG when he was drunk and was barging into rooms.
He has not provided a bill with a GST number on it even after asking for it repeatedly which might point to the fact that the PG might be illegal.
