They never portray their bus timings. They run their bus services in hiding and don’t come up during peak hours.
Either make their operatins transparent or scrap such services.
MBMT bus services fron Mira Road and Bhyandar to Thane east are pathetic. Their buses have no time and are least bothered. They are very insensitive towards customers. I recently cane running 500 mtrs to catch a bus but the driver did not halt the bus even after he saw me running for it. He just sped away. Such careless drivers shoud be thrown out of the company.
