Subject: Reporting an unauthorized Illegal Construction on Top Floor.

I am Darshan asija resident of A-4/245, Paschim vihar, First Floor. This is to notify you an illegal construction is going on at the top floor of my building. As the property is a 35 years old building. The construction on Third floor is not on the map or they are doing heavy construction using huge pillars like Gatars and Iron Pillars. And also the owner had told me that he will do a complete construction on the third floor. As the person living second floor has no rights to do the construction on the top floor but he is doing illegally And the main concern is the whole building does not not have pillars to support in it. The durability and reliability is very week. If one more floor will keep on construction at the top there is a possibility that it will go down the complete building. Moreever the property is very old. Kindly look into it as this is very urgent and please stop this illegal construction ASAP else every floor of the building will suffer.
