[Resolved]  Mcf Faridabad — acceptqane of water charges by cheque

My name is Lakshmi and I reside in sector 10 I Block faridabad. when I sent cheque for the payment of water charges it was refused by Municipal corporation faridabad(sector 7 office) and they demanded to pay by cash. there is no display anywhere that cheques will not be accepted or cash will be accepted. the Prime Minister is insisting on opening bank account and the government offices are refusing to accept cheque is sending wrong signals and a mockery of democracy. can the MCF do neccessary action on this.
